Nothing moves without your say-so

Helpers draft, suggest and prepare. A parent approves before anything changes.

Example proposal: Proposed by a helper

Frees up Parent 2’s 5:00 call. Updates the shared calendar and lets Alex know.

Briefing 04

The Family/Org starter pack

An open playbook you can run yourself, for a household or a small organization.

  1. Executive assistants

A small layer of AI helpers that plan, draft and coordinate: they sort the week, write the grocery list and line up the calendar. They always ask first, and nothing is sent, booked or changed without an approval.

  2. Hubs

One shared place per area of life: home, calendar, chores and decisions. Each hub is owned by your family, lives on your own server and is readable by everyone who belongs.

  3. Invent vs production

Helpers try new ideas in a sandbox (“invent”), where nothing real is touched. Only changes a parent reviews and approves are promoted to the live hub (“production”).

  4. Security gate

Fail-closed by design: family-only sign-in, and if a check can’t be verified, the answer is no. Every change passes a review before it ships.

Self-hosted. Family-only. Private by default.

Your hub runs on hardware you control. Only the people in your family can sign in.
